Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

CoreVertexDynamics operates on a milestone-based payment structure for all digital studio services. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones completed and work delivered.

2. Pre-Production Phase

If a project is cancelled before the commencement of design or development work, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus any administrative processing fees as outlined in the service agreement.

3. In-Progress Projects

For projects cancelled during active production, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Milestone payments already released for completed deliverables are non-refundable.

4. Completed Deliverables

Once a deliverable has been approved and delivered, no refund will be issued for that specific milestone. Approved deliverables include design files, developed code, motion graphics, 3D renders, and editorial content that have been formally accepted by the client.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, CoreVertexDynamics commits to engaging in good-faith mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of Madrid, España, in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection legislation.

6. EU Consumer Rights

For clients within the European Union, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) applies to digital content and services. However, as our services involve bespoke, custom-created work, the right of withdrawal may be waived upon commencement of work with your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Directive.
